Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Inventara, a warehouse inventory audit platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you are using Inventara on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
Inventara.co.uk is a trading name of Magenco Ltd (Company No. 09844013), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 1096 Uxbridge Road, Hayes, England, UB4 8QH. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts are issued to named individuals and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Access to projects, warehouses and reports is controlled by your assigned role and permissions.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not record inventory data you are not authorised to capture.
- Do not attempt to bypass Audit ID validation, permissions or audit logging.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content unrelated to an audit.
- Do not disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the platform or its infrastructure.
4. Audit data
Audit records, product catalogues, photo evidence and reports created in a project belong to the client organisation that owns that project. We process this data to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you record and for ensuring you have the right to upload it.
5. Audit integrity
The platform enforces its core control that no inventory record may be created without a valid, verified, active Audit ID. Corrections, reopens and cancellations are recorded in the audit trail. You agree not to misrepresent audit results or tamper with recorded evidence.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the platform available and maintained, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Maintenance and updates may occasionally affect access.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access poses a risk to the platform or its users. Your organisation may also request removal of your access at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inventara is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to privacy@inventara.co.uk, or by post to Magenco Ltd, 1096 Uxbridge Road, Hayes, England, UB4 8QH.
